SKYE @ TUAS: A New Benchmark for Ramp-Up Industry

SKYE @ TUAS is a purpose-built B2 ramp-up industrial development at Tuas Link Close, in the heart of Singapore's western industrial corridor. Conceived by Soon Hock Group, it answers a gap for modern, efficient, strata-titled ramp-up space in a district where most existing stock is older and harder to operate from.

Its defining feature is the ramp-up design: every floor is reachable by vehicle, so trucks carrying 20-foot and 40-foot containers drive right to a unit's door. Goods flow directly from lorry to floor, cutting handling time and simplifying forklift logistics.

The building stacks nine storeys served by three parking levels — two for heavy vehicles. Typical floors carry around eight-metre ceilings, with selected levels reaching up to 12.95 metres, a 25 kN/m² floor loading and EV charging throughout. Beside Tuas Link MRT, with TOP estimated Q1 2027, it is engineered for momentum.
